At The Home Decor Consult, we specialize in creating beautiful and functional spaces for your home. From cozy bedrooms to open-plan living areas, we work with you to bring your vision to life. We can work by the hour, by the project or holistic, whole-home monthly rate. All design work is done by the senior designer with over 20 years global design experience.
Hourly rate = $150 per hour
Holistic monthly rate = $1500/month

Choosing the right colors for your space can be daunting. Let us help you find the perfect palette to create the mood and atmosphere you're looking for.
You can choose a single visit where you get specs on 3 options to order samples, or a two visit where we narrow it down and the second visit helps make the final decision after you apply the sample colors.

Whether you're remodeling your home or designing a new office, our space planning services can help you make the most of your available space and create a layout that suits your needs.
The Plan gives you a step-by-step guide to do your own space on your schedule.
Includes:
· The initial consult where we set the budget, go over your style preferences and get measurements.
· Presentation where you get your new layout, style board and spec sheet of materials and colors to use as your guide as you DIY.

With our project management services, you can rest assured that your interior design project will be completed on time and within budget, with minimal stress and hassle. Working with our top contractors and professionals is always your choice. Project management includes getting bids, recommending contractors, supervising demo/installations, scheduling repairs on existing issues, following up post work, communicating schedules and timelines.
This service is perfect for out of town and busy homeowners.
Project Management: $1500 per month

Love your basics but your space needs an update?
This package is a quick, refresh of a single room.**
Includes:
· The initial consult to measure and plan a day of working together in your space.
· A 4 hour styling session to complete the refresh in your home. You get a fresh layout and 4 hour style session.
** can include accent paint, basic furniture arrangement, accessorizing and styling of one room.
2 visit ReFRESH: $600 plus cost of accessories you wish to keep

Reconsidering your space and want some ideas from a trained professional? The BRAINSTORM gives you an hour in your home to talk possibilities, get new ideas, think IN and OUT of the box with a degreed designer. This is NOT about budgets or specifics, this is an idea generator to get you going toward something new & exciting!
$150 per hour
Sign up for a workshop to get your ideas flowing
Workshop #1: Explore your style
Style is different for everyone. Do you want to DIY but get confused on where to start? This workshop is a two-hour, interactive, small group session (4-6 people) where you can create your own group or join individually to meet new friends who share your passion for decorating. The workshop is run by a degreed Interior Designer with 20 years décor, design and international home styling experience.
$200 Workshop fee Includes:
· Study of your style (there is required class prep) with take away tips on how to elevate and update
· Your color palette defined
* Your personal style board
· $50 off THE PLAN or THE ROOM REFRESH package to help you get started on your next décor project
· Décor accessory gift you get to choose for your home
· Style tips to train your eye to shop as you DIY
· Interactive learning in a fun, small group setting

Workshop #2: Everything Accessories
Each item you add after your main furniture pieces are accessories. Accessories are the jewelry of the home and are often very personal.
In this workshop, learn how to add accessories in the way that will best show who you are and create the mood of the space.
The $200 workshop fee includes:
* where and how to add each design element (texture, color, pattern, lines, shapes, scale, space) per your style
* how to space and layer to create mood
* what materials to use to best suit your style
* ways to group objects
* a closer look at rugs, plants, ceramics, artwork, family photos, throws, cushions, books, sculpture, wall shelving, kids art and more!
* seasonal looks and ideas
* learn new skills to DIY your own pieces - you will take an accessory home!
